Instant Whey Protein Isolate 895 is manufactured by ion exchange (IX) and proprietary ultra-filtration techniques. It has been instantised with sunflower lecithin to enhance dispersibility which makes it particularly well suited to dry mix beverages and protein powders. Contains particularly high levels of BCAAs and is very low in minerals which provides formulation flexibility.
