Instant Whey Protein Isolate 894 is made by cross flow micro-filtration (MF) and ultra-filtration of fresh cheese whey and contains particularly high levels of BCAAs. It has been instantised with sunflower lecithin to enhance dispersibility which makes it particularly well suited to dry mix beverages and protein powders.
